Predator Aware: Perfect Ears Mother

Perfect Ears Mother was on the prowl last evening and we tried to follow her. She was obviously looking for opportunities to hunt.
She was in the same area that we found her in last week very close to our base camp. Sometimes we hear a Leopard and we cannot find it and have no luck but last night she was very loud and close and then we were able to find her.

She was sniffing round everywhere.We enjoy finding Leopard in this mode as they are totally disinterested in us.

Predator Aware really hopes this year is a good visitor year for the Masai Mara and Kenya because Tourist visitors create a lot of business and interest in wildlife.The Maasai and many other people place more value on wildlife during good tourist years.

As we have said before we are hoping to really expand our projects this year and identify far more Lions and Leopards in a bigger territory.This beautiful Maasai wilderness must be protected for not only the Maasai people but for everyone.
